What are the Courts at Buckeye Boys State?

The judicial system at Buckeye Boys State has four different types of courts: Supreme Court, Appeallate Courts, County Court of Common Pleas, and County Municipal Courts.

Supreme Court justices are elected at the state-level, where every delegate at Buckeye Boys State vote on the same candidates for Chief and Associate justices. Judges for the Court of Appeals are also elected at the state-level. There is a unique County Court of Common Pleas and County Municipal Courts for every county at Buckeye Boys State.

All judges and attornies at Buckeye Boys State must pass the BAR exam. Delegates who are not elected attornies or judges that pass the BAR exam can start or join a private law practice.
