86th General Assembly Regular Session, 2023 - 2024 Sponsored by Senators Norman, Gantz, and Simpson Farms of more than 2000 acres would be subject to a five percent tax increase. The money taken from this tax will be divided among farmers that have three-hundred or less acres of land.
