SECTION 1: There is a strict process of gambling one must do to partake. This applies to pool, ping pong, and poker, not Euchre. a. Each individual person must pay a check to the front table, taxed 10% to obtain the materials necessary to gamble, poker chips. In turn, they will receive chips equivalent to the amount of money on the check. b. Individuals will use chips to bet on pool, ping-pong, and poker. c. When individuals complete their gambling experience they return chips to the front table. They will receive a check equivalent to chips returned. d. It is highly recommended that one does not come back through once one submits their chips. SECTION 2: Each game has its own set of gambling procedures to follow. a. When betting on pool and ping-pong, one must make a minimum bet of 100 dollars. In the event of the individual winning, they will receive 1.35 times for the return rate. b. Those participating in pool and pong-pong must pay 2000 dollar buy-in fee. In the event of winning the tournament, each individual will receive 8000 dollars in return. c. The rules of Texas Hold em' poker will be enforced during the playing poker. d. Euchre will be held tournament style, single elimination. A 10,000 dollar buy-in per person is required to participate. The winning team will receive 100,000 dollars at the end of the tournament. e. There will be other opportunities of chance to win money. SECTION 3: Each gambling official is appointed by the Mayor. a. A gambling official is a part time job that is a volunteer position meaning that it is not a paid position. b. These people in this position are under the command of the Mayor and therefore has the final say. c. These officials are to run the games night and will be required to work the hours of 3:15 to 5:15. d. Due to the fact that this is an appointed position, the person appointed yields the right to decline or accept. e. Furthermore, the Mayor yields the right to remove said person from office with or without probable cause. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
