Ordinance Regarding Estepp Property

SECTION 1: All signs posted on Estepp city property will pay a rent set by the Mayor. a. The Mayor has the power to administrate all necessary actions regarding the posting of materials on and not limited to the walls, columns, ceiling, floor, and other city property, with council oversight. SECTION 2: No person shall directly or indirectly make or circulate a sign, magazine, newspaper, poster, book, photograph, pamphlet, or digital rendering that represents or contains a statement or message that is fraudulent or defames another entity as determined by the city council. SECTION 3: All those who fail to pay with the rent determined by the Mayor must remove said materials within 1 hour of receiving a written notice. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
