HB9: Roadway and Uniformity Bill

HB9: Roadway and Uniformity Bill Representative Carlson asks if the bill refers to the roadways inside of buildings or the sidewalks outside. Representative Sites clarifies and says it is for sidewalks. Representative Jauchius motions to add an amendment to the bill that adds the word “visible” before the words “stop signs”. It was not seconded. Representative Hudson moves to end debate, seconded by Representative Legge. The house voted in favor of the bill with a majority vote and approved the bill to the senate.
