Ordinance No. 2023-1 Has Been Established

In reference to the "Buckeye Business Journal- Wednesday June 14, 2023" report stating "New TikTok Fad Endangers Livestock-How Can We Get Kids to Stop Kickin' Chickens", the council of the city of Schuck passed ordinance No. 2023-1 by a vote of 4-0. This ordinance punishes the crime of kicking a chicken with a misdemeanor charge along with a fine of $1,000. Each conviction of this crime after the original incident will result in misdemeanors with the possibility of jail time under the discretion of the judge.
