Ordinances Requires Decent Dress for Officials

SECTION 1: All Estepp city officials must wear appropriate clothing during work hours. a. All lower garments worn by Estepp City Officials must wear polo or button-down shirts. b. All lower garments worn by Estepp City Officials must be denim, khaki colored, or dress pant material. c. All shoe choices are at the discretion of the city official to exemplify Estepp City creativity. SECTION 2: All Estepp city officials that violate section 1 will be fined 1000 dollars. SECTION 3: this ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
