Amendment to Ordinance No. 2023-1

In reference to issues of stealing and abusing chickens, the Schuck City council voted 4-0 to amend "Section 2: (A)" to "All people in the city of Schuck are prohibited from taking part in causing any harm or stealing of chickens." There are no costs for this amendment, violators will continue to be given a $1000 fine as well as a misdemeanor with the potential for jail time under the discretion of the judge.
