Strong City Counsel passed city ordinance #014 which stated that a no smoking policy will be enforced within the limits of Strong City . Mayor Appenheimer in accordance with Director of Safety Services Tristan Ogburn, stated that this will improve the health of the Strong City community and promote growth within the city.
