86th General Assembly: Regular Session, 2023 - 2024. Sponsored by Senator Mayle. Any Ohio citizen who is the age of 21 years or older will now be able to purchase Mariauna for recreational use. There will be a 20% added tax and 50% of the funds from that tax will go to the State Highway Patrol while the other 50% of it will go to school lunches.
