86th General Assembly: Regular Session, 2023 - 2024. Sponsored by Senator Powell. It shall be unlawful for judges to turn away or refuse to accept a citation solely based upon the time of day. The only exception to this is during specific after-hours periods during which citations will not be accepted or provided.
