86th General Assembly: Regular Session, 2023 - 2024. Sponsored by Senator Billington. To amend Sections 5748.06 and to repeal section 5748.07 of the Revised Code. A new correctional facility in Buckeye Boys State shall be established for males the age of 16-21. This will help formerly incarcerated men find their path again by educating and teaching them the correct ways to do things.
