86th General Assembly Regular Session, 2023 - 2024 Sponsored by Senators Shaw, Mayle, and Ritterbusch For each individual in a city, a chair would have to be provided for them to sit in for the duration of the meeting. This was overruled by the counselors, as Boys State delegates - no matter what their position is - do not hold power over them.
