Strong’s City Council has enacted the ordinance for the late to line-up fee of which any Strong City delegate who, without telling a counselor (preferably Connor Winke), fails to arrive to any line-up at the designated time, will receive a $2,000 fine active immediately per Strong City Mayor Owen Appenheimer and Strong’s City Counsel (President Jack Stubleski).
