Ordnance Prohibiting minors from visiting bars

Section 1: persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from entering bars that distribute alcohol. Section 2: violation of this can result in the liquor license being taken away from the establishment so that no persons under 21 cannot enter and may result in that person being charged with a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
