Ordinance for Harassment and Belligerent Behavior

The purpose of this bill is cited below as stated in the preamble of this piece of legislation: WHEREAS there have been many incidents of reported harassment WHERE students at Buckeye Boys State and our city need to be kept in check LET IT THEREFORE BE ORDAINED that the City Council hereby empowers authorized personnel, including event organizers, security personnel, or designated individuals, of the city, to implement a brief recess for individuals engaging in harassment or belligerent behavior as determined by the majority of people present.
