Minority Whip Carlson requested that the Bill goes under the Education, Local Government, and Urban Affairs Committee. Majority Assistant Whip Jauchius agreed. Majority Floor Leader Schutte requested that the bill shall be moved to the Jobs and Infrastructure committee. Assistant Minority Floor Leader Tarantine motioned to end the debate. Assistant Minority Whip Bryant seconded. HB3 was passed into first consideration.
