Ordnance Amending And Adopting Section 92.11

Section 1: That section 92.11 of the codified ordnance of the city of bowling green is hereby amended and adopted as to include the following definitions. (A) "Curfew" withdrawing the people from parks and public places at a specific hour. (B) "Minor" a person under 18 (C) "Weekend Nights" Friday and Saturday night (D) "Weekday Nights" Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. Section 2: that section 92.12 of the codified ordinances is hereby adopted and amended to read as follows. (A) Curfew from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am on weeknights and 11:00 pm to 5:00 within these hours minors are prohibited from being in public places. (B) Any police officer that operates under the city, county or state is allowed to stop and question any person out past curfew about their age and destination. (C) Any person convicted of this is subject to a minor misdemeanor on first offence. Then on second offence it is a fourth degree misdemeanor. Then on third offence it is a third degree misdemeanor.
