Assistant Minority Whip Bryant states that he believes the bill shall be placed under the Education, Local Government, and Urban Affairs. Majority Floor Leader Schutte agreed with Representative Bryant. Representative Vick moved to end debate. Floor minority leader Koh seconded. Speaker Pro Tempore Hudson stated that he believes the bill shall be moved to the Jobs and Infrastructure Committee. The house agreed to move this bill into second consideration
