A city ordinance titled, City Council Bill for Harassment and Belligerent Behavior, is in the process of being passed by the city councilmen. This ordinance is being put in place to stop anyone from harassing another individual within the state. Those who are caught and reported will be subject to punishment by the councilmen themselves. Such punishments are community service, temporary restraining orders, and any other measurable punishment seen fit by the council. I, Justin Franko your city Law Director, signed off on said bill this evening 6-14-23.
