EPA- Day One

We had an informational meeting which assisted us in determining what the EPA's jurisdiction is when concerning environmental policies. After that meeting we teamed up with Natural Resources to outline a couple bills. The following bills were proposed; the Green Counties Act, the Farmers Phosphorus Act, and the Recyclable and Waste Management Act. The day was cut short due to the governors assembly and under staffing, however we were successful in planning out a game play for tomorrow by lining up meetings with senator and county engineers to discuss bills, and environmentally safe energy sources.
