Good afternoon, gentlemen. Yesterday, the city council of Zulch passed Ordinances 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10. We also finalized our budget and set up payroll, putting money into the bank accounts of each hard-working Zulch city employee. Today, we have passed even more ordinances: 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. To explain our progress, we will now be listing short descriptions of each ordinance and their reasonings, passed on the day of 6/16/23: Ordinance No. 4 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC LAWS FOR THE CITY OF ZULCH FOR THE PURPOSE OF KEEPING ITS CITIZENS SAFE AND SECURE. Ordinance No. 11 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN OFFICIAL CHANT OF ZULCH CITY IN ORDER TO UNIFY THE CITY BEHIND RICHARD ZULCH. Ordinance No. 12 ORDINANCE TO ENSURE THAT ALL CITIZENS TRAVELING TO AND FROM SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF ZULCH ARE SAFE FROM DISTRACTED OR RECKLESS DRIVERS. Ordinance No. 13 ORDINANCE TO ENSURE THAT DRIVERS REMAIN SAFE AND ORDERLY IN ZULCH WHEN APPROACHING AND USING A ROUNDABOUT. Ordinance No. 14 ORDINANCE TO ENSURE THAT ALL CITIZENS OF ZULCH ARE RESPECTFUL TO ALL COUNSELORS AND LEGIONNAIRES FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING THE SAFETY AND RESPECT OF SAID COUNSELORS AND LEGIONNAIRES. Ordinance No. 15 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PLEDGE FOR ZULCH CITIZENS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHOWING DUE ADMIRATION AND RESPECT FOR OUR BELOVED COUNSELOR JACOB PFEIFFER. As the Mayor's Clerk, I would like to formally thank all of my co-workers and cooperating brothers from the surrounding cities near Zulch. We couldn't have made such progress in legislation, infrastructure, and enforcement to form a secure, prosperous, and quickly progressing city without each other. Have a good night, gentlemen.
