To all citizens of Zulch City, I know that there were some questions surrounding how business would be conducted throughout the beginning stages of the year, but rest assured that your municipal government has been working tirelessly to secure a better life for every Zulchite. In terms of the first few months of our year have gone, the City Board has made staggering progress in terms of urban development. Our very own Engineer Sharp and Safety and Services Director Walenciak have administered the construction of various facilities, such as our local hospital, school, and utilities sectors. Not only has our infrastructure been improving by the day, our Parks and Recreation Director Sonnanstine has almost completed the installation of Tino Park, a place where we all can remember our beloved Santino. In terms of other business, our City Auditor Graham and City Treasurer Mattix have done well to finalize our budget and balance the books. While we can admit that our financial policy was not executed entirely efficiently at first, payroll has been established and we have officially passed our city audit from State Auditor Rinehart. Other than that, our City Council has been working on various ordinances that will be instituted in the coming days. Finally, as your mayor, I have been doing my due diligence and have submitted various forms needed to keep Zulch City up to code. I have also submitted a grant request to the Department of Development help fund the idea of Richard's, an indoor amusement park that will hopefully bring opportunities to our jurisdiction. And it goes without saying, if anyone has anyone questions for me or my staff, feel free to contact me at any time. I hope you all have had good experiences with your jobs, and never forget that Zulch is on top. Thank you for your time, Mayor Kalen Dougall
